Francis Ferdinand occupied the beautiful castle in 1885 the castle had running water, central heating and electric lights! On the 28th June 1914 the archduke and his wife set out for a trip to bosnia and were they we're both assassinated by Serbian terrorists, as a result os the assassination this was the start of ww1.
